The Upperco Volunteer Fire Company is a tax-exempt organization under the Internal Revenue Code.  Subsequently, donations made to the Upperco Volunteers are tax deductible.

Sponsoring a room is donating the necessary funds to furnish these rooms with desks, chairs, and neccessary equipment. Each Sponsor will have a plaque inside the room or on the door in their name. Our hope is to fill our station with the names of Community Businesses & Friends. Donations made are tax deductible. 

• The average cost to outfit a firefighter is over $6,000

• The average cost of a single ambulance call is $500

• A new fire engine costs about $500,000

• A large majority of Upperco's operating budget is based on fundraising and donations from the community.
