After many years of not being able to gather as one, Members, Guests, and Neighboring companies gathered this past Saturday April 2, 2022 for our annual Awards Banquet. Members of UVFC had many things to celebrate, including breaking ground on our new station, construction progress being made on the new station, returning to fundraising, and many other small but dignified accomplishments for our company. The following awards were presented:
President's Award- Scott Warner Chief's Award- Henry Horner Firefighter of the year- Brendan Boose Rookie of the year- Kayla Geho EMS Provider of the year- Christopher Strippel Citizen of the year 2019 Presented by Famers and Merchants Bank- Mason Dixon Bingo Citizen of the year 2020 Presented by Famers and Merchants Bank- Ralph Walter Citizen of the year 2021 Presented by Famers and Merchants Bank- David Tracey
We also awarded our top 10 Duty hours and top 10 Responders.
Everyone enjoyed catching up and taking a night off!
