Requirments for employment with Upperco Volunteer Fire Company, Inc. 

Valid MD State EMT-B or higher

Cleared to function in the Baltimore County Fire Department

Valid Class "C" driver's lisence 

Current Copy od driving record for the last 3 years

Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of application

CPR certified

Hazmat Awareness/ Operations

Blood Borne Pathogens 

NIMS 100,200,700 and 800

EVOC 

Must be current (last 18 months) physical completed on a form 503 or Appendix A, signed by a physician (ie- MD)

Must be of good moral charater, as determined by a background investigation and periodic drug testing. 

Must submit copies of all required certifications with application 

Shifts are as follows: *Employees are epected to be able to work all shift times

Day- 7 Days a week 0700-1500

Night- 7 days a week 1500-2300
