Upperco Holds, in station, Silo Rescue Equipment Training

On the evening of Monday Sept. 8, 2025 members from Sta. 85 took a field trip to Lippy Brothers Farms to get a tour of their facilities and conduct training on the specialty equipment carried should a silo emergency occur. Busy Day for the Upperco Volunteers

The members of Upperco had a busy Sunday. Along with responding to several alarms for the ambulance and one smoke investigation call, your volunteers assisted with a large wildland fire in the Hereford/Sparks area of Baltimore County. Busy start to the week for the Upperco Volunteers

First, E-852 responded to a vehicle collision on Sunday 4/6 with one vehicle colliding with a barn causing structural damage. One patient was transported to the hospital with minor injuries. Upperco was assisted by units from Hampstead, BCoFD Station 17 (special operations), BCo Building Engineer, & BCoPD

Annual Easter Bunny Breakfast held 4/6/2025

Early in the morning hours of Sunday April 6 Station 85 was alerted to respond to our carnival grounds for a call of a rabbit stuck in the building. Upon arrival members did in fact find a large white furry creature stuck in the building after hopping down the wrong bunny trail.
