In the Early hours of May 8 at approximately 3am Upperco units were dispatched and responded for a MVC with Rescue, car on its roof in the vicinity of 5124 Black Rock Rd. We were assisted by Carroll County Station 2 units ( Medic 28, Truck 2 ) Baltimore County Squad 415, EMS 5 and MSP Trooper 1. Units arrived on scene to find an overturned vehicle on its roof with 1 occupant still inside, The occupant was quickly removed from the vehicle and transported by Medic 28 to the landing site at North Carroll High School were said occupant was transported to Shock trauma.
