Arcadia Volunteers Remember 9/11

On September 11th, 2001, the world as we all knew it was changed forever. 12 years later, the members of the Arcadia Volunteer Fire Company remember the tragedy of that day, and honor all of those who were senselessly lost on that day. Each year, senior members of the Company gather to ensure that the tradition of remembrance is carried on. Irvin "Bud" Boose, Jr tolls the bell as Morrell "Ludie" Blizzard and Roland Davidson observe. The Officers and Members of the Arcadia Volunteer Fire Company will never forget the sacrifices made on that day, nor in the days, months, and years to follow as the members of the United States Armed Forces continue to battle terrorism on shores abroad.
