| It's been a very active weekend for the members of the Arcadia Volunteer Fire Company, and the station was staffed for a majority of the weekend. On Saturday night, the members gathered and took Engine 434, Brush 436, Utility 437, and Medic 435 to stand by for a local fireworks display, and then returned to have dinner and some friendly competition in a bean-bag game. Maintaining the staffing overnight and into Sunday, the members then took Engine 432 to Gamber Fire Company to fill in while they participated in a training exercise in their community. While preparing to return from the fill in, Engine 432 responded on a call for a House Fire in Hampstead. In addition to Engine 432, crews from Arcadia also responded with Engine 434 and Engine Tanker 431. |
