| At 0300 hours this morning Arcadia was alerted for a MVC with Rescue, in the 4900 block of Black Rock RD. Also alerted and assisting on the call was EMS 7, BC 24, Carroll County Truck 2, Carroll County Squad 4, and Baltimore Engine 60. Carroll Chief 2 was first on scene, Confirmed single patient partially ejected from driver side window and pinned beneath the car, After a joint effort by all companies involved patient was extricated after approximately 25-30 minutes, Pt was assessed and placed in Carroll Medic 29 and transported a short distance to a waiting Medevac Helicopter for transport to Shock Trauma, for further evaluation. Engine 431 handled landing site and the Baltimore County Police are handling the investigation. |
