At approximately 1:00 PM on March 3rd, Engine/Tanker 431 responded with additional units from Carroll and Baltimore Counties, to a house fire in the Deer Park Acres development, in the Finksburg area of Carroll County. Engine 134 of the Gamber and Community Fire Company arrived first on scene and advised they had heavy smoke from the basement. A Rapid Intervention Dispatch was requested and the Engine/Tanker responded. Arcadia's crew arrived and assisted other units on scene with ventilation of the structure and overhaul. The crew from Arcadia was on scene for approximately one hour doing work, before being released from service.
