UVFC Assists Carroll County for Finksburg Building Fire On Monday morning, September 8 just before 9am, your Upperco volunteers were alerted to respond and assist Carroll County units for a reported building fire at the Carroll County Northern Landfill,

UVFC E852 and B858 responded and supported units on scene with a large fire inside the 60x100ft Transfer Station building.

UVFC units returned to service after about an hour. No injuries were reported.
